What better way to celebrate Pizza Day than by making your own pizza and sharing it with friends and family. You can have exactly the topping you want, when you want. My personal favourite is a seafood mix of prawns, tuna, anchovies and capers. You can of course make your own dough but if you don’t fancy that much work, ¬†you can buy bases from the supermarket. Just rustle up a tomato sauce base by mixing some passatta with fresh garlic and basil and putting it onto your base. Follow this with mozzarella and any other cheese of your choice and your chosen topping, and then bake to perfection. Yum.
